Cancellation Policy (Candid Creative)

You may cancel your Candid Creative subscription or ongoing services at any time by providing written notice to info@candidcreative.cc. Once canceled, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Refunds for any unused portion of a subscription term or billing period are not provided.

If Candid Creative suspends or terminates your access due to a breach of our Terms or other policy violations, no refund will be issued for any remaining time in the current billing cycle or subscription term.

After cancellation or termination, your account information and any associated data may be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Please download or export any essential materials before canceling, as we cannot guarantee recovery once deletion is complete.

Candid Creative may update, modify, or discontinue aspects of our Services (including features, functionality, or offerings) from time to time. Where feasible, we’ll provide notice — but service changes do not create an entitlement to a refund for any remaining subscription period, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
