Refund Policy (Candid Creative)
Candid Creative provides creative, marketing, and website services through subscription-based or retainer-style engagements (the “Services”). Unless otherwise stated in a signed proposal or agreement, all fees are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for any unused portion of a billing period or subscription term.
Billing Issues & Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred (e.g., duplicate charges or incorrect amounts), please contact us at info@candidcreative.cc. We will review disputes in good faith and correct any confirmed errors. Refunds outside confirmed billing errors are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Pricing Changes
Candid Creative may update pricing, packages, or features from time to time. Changes apply to the next billing cycle or renewal, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Termination
If access to Services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms or other valid reasons, you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining time in the current billing period or subscription term.
Service Changes
We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of any part of the Services or features. Refunds, if any, will only be issued as explicitly described in this policy or in your written agreement with us.
